My intention for this work was to visualize the three centers of body, heart, and mind-intelligence – but also to harmonize the balance of my own three centers while painting this picture.

Painting is for me also a way of dealing and interacting with reality. Sometimes manifesting wishes, sometimes healing old wounds and sometimes exploring new dimension of our existence. In my experience producing art is always consciousness-expanding, so i use art as a tool to learn about life and being.

The three centers are extremely crucial for a rich and colorful life-experience. To have pictures of them around me functions at the same time as reminder of the wholeness that we can perceive if we are routed and well grounded in all three centers.
